1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Which tools you use, how many requests you make per day, and timestamps of your activity.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
- Cookies: Authentication tokens to keep you signed in across sessions.
1.3 Uploaded Files
When you upload PDF datasheets or images, these files are processed in real-time by our AI systems and are not stored permanently. Files are deleted immediately after analysis is complete. We do not retain your uploaded files.

- To provide and maintain our AI-powered engineering tools.
- To manage your account and subscription status.
- To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse.

4. Data Retention
- Uploaded files: Deleted immediately after processing.
- Usage counters: Reset every 24 hours; raw data deleted after 30 days.
- Search history: Free users — last 10 entries; Pro users — up to 100 entries. You can delete your history at any time from your Dashboard.
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your search history.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
